Vital Belliveau, the Master Baker of the bakery at the Saint-Joseph Collège in Memramcook, NB shared his passion and knowledge to Lorenzo Richard, the founder of the Boulangerie Pain du Collège-Wood Chef Bakery also located in Memramcook. The same recipe still exists today after more than 100 years. You or someone you know might have a bread recipe to be shared with others.
