The BREAD & CO Circuit invites you to discover the bakeries, cafés, bistros, farms, markets, restaurants and local artisans that bring flavour and creativity to our region.​ Throughout the circuit, participating businesses will showcase selected products, special creations and delicious ways to celebrate bread and local food.

Follow the circuit at your own pace, discover new favourites and meet the passionate people behind the products, all while helping make a difference in our community.​

Follow your appetite along the Bread & Co circuit! From October 3 to 17, discover participating businesses and try their featured breads. Get your passport stamped at each stop, then check in online to record your visit and tell us what you tasted.

Participating businesses will have the opportunity to showcase a selected product or special Festival offering, welcome new visitors and support Feed Nourrir NB alongside businesses from across the region.

Every Stop Makes a Difference

Sharing is at the heart of the Festival du PAIN et CIE / BREAD & CO Festival.

 

For the 2026 edition, the BREAD & CO Tour will support Feed Nourrir NB, an organization working to address food insecurity and improve access to food throughout New Brunswick. Through selected products and Festival offerings, participating businesses will help raise funds in support of this important mission.

By exploring the Tour, supporting local businesses and choosing participating products, visitors can enjoy the flavours of our region while contributing to a meaningful community initiative.

Purchases of selected products will help support Feed Nourrir NB and its work addressing food insecurity in our communities.

The Best Belliveau Signature Bread Competition invites the public to discover and taste the original creations prepared by our participating professional bakers.
 

Voting begins October 3rd!

​During the BREAD & CO Circuit, you will have the opportunity to visit participating bakeries, discover their Belliveau Signature Bread and taste their creation.

​

You will also have the opportunity to discover and taste the participating breads of this competition at the BREAD & CO Rendez-vous, on October 17, 2026 at École Abbey-Landry.

​

After tasting the different creations, visit our website to cast your online vote for your favourite Belliveau Signature Bread!

​

Your vote will help determine the Public Favourite of the Best Belliveau Signature Bread Competition.
