Join us for the official launch of the BREAD & CO Festival and the beginning of the 2026 BREAD & CO Tour.

From October 3 to 17, our region will come together to celebrate bread, local products and the bakers, artisans, farmers, producers, cafés, bistros, markets and restaurants that enrich our communities.

Inspired by this year’s theme, “Tranche de vie – Slice of Life,” the launch marks the beginning of two weeks filled with delicious discoveries, meaningful encounters and shared experiences.

The Festival will also support important community initiatives. Funds raised through the 2026 BREAD & CO Tour will help support Feed Nourrir NB and its work addressing food insecurity in our communities.
